Property Insurance

According to the property insurance agreement, the following movable and immovable property of the insured may be insured:

a) building, construction, engineering equipment;

b) utilities, separate premises;

c) flats and separate rooms, the elements of decoration;

d) other property.

 

The damage caused to the property insured is indemnified in case of unforeseen accidental physical loss or destruction of the property related to the following risks:

1. Fire

2. Lightning strike

3. Explosion

4. Earthquake

5. Landslide

6. Mudflow

7. Landslip

8. Flood

9. Hurricane

10. Hail

11. Leakage of sanitary engineering

12. Burglary

13. Vehicles accidents

14. Smoke

15. Aircraft fall

 

Insurance indemnity is paid in the following order:

In case of loss or full destruction of the property – in the amount of real value of damaged property on date of the Agreement signing, but no more than the sum insured and subtracting deductible (part of loss not indemnified);

in a case of damage (partial destruction) of the property – in the amount of restoring expenses, but no more than the sum insured and subtracting deductible.
